About Bruno

Since I began my work as a yoga teacher, I have already given North lessons the south of the country. Since classes by donation, private lessons, classes at resorts also went through several gyms, cultural centers and opened a few months ago Yoga Center wall.

About the lesson

Private lessons are a way to get personalized attention, classes fully adapted to you and your goals and enhance their discipline! Classes can be in HOME, OFFICE, etc .. Whether smooth or intensive class? Does not exercise, or is sportsman? Want to improve flexibility and muscle strength? Relax, combat stress, back pain and insomnia? Want to practice Yoga but because of working hours, no willingness to move to a studio? Do you have any physical limitation or condition and have difficulty integrating you into a group? Individual classes can be practiced by everyone, regardless of age or physical condition, because they are adapted to the needs of each person. Private lessons are 100% tailored to the student, your body, your state of mind, their problems, their objectives, to his mind, among others. Each class is designed for each person and their goals.

Exchange value: 15 € 30 minutes (Class short, with a specific objective) € 20 1 hour (Short Class, with Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation) € 25 1 hour 30 minutes (full Class, with an initial quiescence, Asanas, Pranayama , Yoga Nidra) € 30 2 hours (intensive Class, it is a complete but more intensive class with a specific obejctivo. eg. to lose weight, extra strengthening the body, or a prolonged relaxation)
