I am a Licensed Practical Nurse, author, and I am currently in school to become a Registered Yoga Therapist.
I love movement, good food, laughter, and connecting with others.
When I am off the mat you can find me lounging on the couch or running after my sweet niece.

I am a certified yoga instructor who works one-on-one with individuals.
