About Paulina

She began her ballet studies at the age of 3 and since then has developed in different areas and styles of dance such as classical, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and tap ballet. At the age of 14 she began to teach her first dance classes and her first productions as a choreographer. He has participated in national and international competitions, and presented in multiple stages in Mexico and the United States; highlighting her main role in the play Swan Lake in 2014 and her presentation with Disney Performing Arts (Disneyland, CA) in 2018. She was co-founder of the Dancers Without Borders organization in 2018, made up of dancers, teachers, parents of family and photographers from the border region of Mexico and the United States whose objective was to create awareness about the situation of the wall and unite these two countries through the art of dance. He is part of the national tour of Mexico Dance Competition as Helper (2018, 2019 and 2020), assisting teachers from all over the Republic in each of the conventions. Currently, she continues her training as a competitive dancer, has developed an interest in the commercial side of dance and is a teacher of different disciplines. It is worth mentioning that she is certified in classical ballet with Vaganova technique by the Bolshoi Ballet Academy (Russia), the latter has allowed her to inspire and share her passion for dance to the next generations. About the lesson

In dance your body is your instrument. I give you all the bases to base your technique but the movement is yours, I help you find your style and enjoy each class to the fullest in an environment of respect and trust. We all learn from everyone.
