About Kyrsten
I teach dance and also create other forms of art. I have been dancing in spring, houston since I was seven with Progressions Performing arts with all the styles they offer. I have attended multiple dance conventions and have created choreography for many people when I was in Klein Oak Dance Company. I have also taken classes from Ballet Austin and Ballet Houston. I enjoy stretching and yoga and finding peace from within:)

My teaching method is centered toward which type of movement the student requests to take. I also include improv in my classes and encourage self expression. I like to study my dancers and which path they want to move towards and if they would like for to help create choreography.
