About Fae
My name is Fae Smart and Ihave been in dance training for 17 year'sand I have trained in many styles that include ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary and many more, the reason Iwant to teach is to inspire and motivate other people that dance can also make you very happy and show your hidden emotions in a different way.

My lessons will include a heart racing warmup with upbeat music from the top charts to get you motivated to then move onto focus on either strength or cardio to build your stamina upfor those long dance rehearsals. My classes will then end with a nice and relaxing cool down with stretching and breathing.
