About Sandra
I am a urban dance student at UEL. I have trained in over 10 styles including krump, ballet and contemporary. I have been teaching dance for just over 3 years with various age groups from primary school children to Univeristy level.

I base my classes on learning the foundations of a specific style first. Knowing how to freestyle is an important skill for every dancer to learn. However I also teach choreography in that particular style for pick up rate specifically. My classes include warm up and conditioning into grooves or learning the foundations, working on different freestyle techniques, choreography techniques or teaching choreography into a sharing and then a cool down.
