About Billie
I am a committed and disciplined dancer who trains both inside and outside of school, and I am part of the Dance Excellence Program at Palm Beach Currumbin State High School. My involvement in this program reflects my dedication, strong work ethic, and ability to perform and learn at a high level. Dance has taught me focus, resilience, and precision — qualities I bring into every lesson I teach.
As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to improve. I take pride in being reliable, organized, and patient. I break movements down clearly, give gentle and constructive corrections, and help students understand technique in a way that feels achievable and confidence-boosting.
I work well with younger dancers and beginners who need guidance, structure, and positive reinforcement. My goal is to help each student grow not only in skill, but also in confidence, discipline, and enjoyment of dance. I am committed to providing professional, well-planned lessons that help students progress safely and steadily.

Techniques & Teaching Methodology
My teaching style is supportive, structured, and confidence-building. I focus on helping dancers improve their technique through clear, step-by-step guidance and positive reinforcement. I break movements down into simple parts, demonstrate slowly, and give personalized corrections that help students understand how their bodies should move and why each adjustment matters.
Because I train both inside and outside of school and am part of the Dance Excellence Program at Palm Beach Currumbin State High School, I bring discipline, precision, and strong foundational technique to every lesson. I adapt my teaching to each dancer’s level — whether they need help with basics, flexibility, strength, musicality, or performance quality.
My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable trying new things, asking questions, and growing as dancers.
