About Binari

Hello! I'm Binari, a passionate postgraduate student at Monash University pursuing a Master of Data Science.

I have a huge passion for mathematics and I enjoy teaching various math-based topics. Mathematics has always been a fascination of mine, and I am excited about helping students understand its practical applications and importance in everyday life.

I know how intimidating math can be for many students and the fear of struggling deters many away from pursuing math-based subjects. However, I aim to show students how interesting math can be, as well as how straight forward it can be when taught properly!

Math is a fundamental tool used to describe the world around us and it is the foundation of most day-to-day activities. I hope to share my love for the subject with others and also help them gain mathematical proficiency along the way!

Hello! I'm Binari, a passionate postgraduate student at Monash University pursuing a Master of Data Science.

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of London in Data Science and Business Analytics with first-class honours. With over three years of tutoring experience in the UK, I have honed my skills in supporting primary and secondary students. My primary expertise lies in mathematics, but I also bring strong proficiency in English, having achieved scores of 90 in the PTE and 8 in the IELTS. This allows me to effectively tutor for English entrance exams as well.

Mathematics has always been a fascination of mine, and I am excited about helping students understand its practical applications and importance in everyday life. My approach to tutoring is centered on the individual needs of each student. I start by introducing key concepts with clear examples and then move on to practice problems and exam-style questions to ensure thorough understanding and preparation.

My lessons are typically for one hour, which can be adjusted shorter or longer depending on the needs of the student. I offer tutoring services for primary and secondary students, as well as university-level subjects such as algebra, calculus, and mathematical methods, and English entrance exams such as the PTE or IELTS. Whether you need help with basic math concepts or advanced topics, I am here to guide you!
