What our sessions look like:
Active Listening: Whether you need to vent about your day, process a tough decision, or share a secret, I am here to hold that space for you.
Meaningful Conversation: If you just want to talk about life, philosophy, or current events to keep your mind sharp and feel connected, I am a well-read and engaged partner.
Zero Judgment: My goal is to make you feel heard and understood. I listen, I don't judge.
These sessions are 100% focused on you. You lead the conversation; I provide the presence.
