I always focus on teaching techniques, reading the minds of my students, needs assessments, as well as syllabus. I objectively focus on what the students will have learned when they depart from my class. I also work as a mentor for new inductees in their initial lessons. I do learning walks to other classes to minimize my teaching and learning gaps.
English has all the traits of a living language. It is constantly evolving, growing and adapting to the latest needs of its time. English language possesses the flexibility to adopt and cherish foreign language words. Moreover, social factors are shaping this language over time. Being a living language, English is widely used in the latest scientific researches, business and education. English is playing a vital role in communication, particularly in the 21st century. Keeping in mind this continuous development in English language, I believe in moderation-interactions with my colleagues and students.
