About Ava

I am an English tutor with 6 years of experience and a Master of Arts in TESOL. I have taught approximately 300 students from diverse backgrounds for professional, academic, and personal communication goals. About the lesson

My English lessons develop practical communication skills in a structured and engaging way. Every session begins with a conversational warm-up to build speaking comfort and identify areas to develop. Grammar is taught in context through real sentences and meaningful dialogues rather than abstract rules. Pronunciation work is integrated throughout every lesson using phonemic drills and natural audio comparison. IELTS students receive targeted skills training across all four areas with regular timed practice and feedback on exam technique. Business English students develop email writing, presentation skills, meeting language, and professional vocabulary. Role-play simulates the real conversations students encounter in work, travel, and social life. Listening tasks use authentic podcasts, broadcasts, and interviews to build natural comprehension. I provide vocabulary exercises and encourage students to keep a personal word journal between lessons. My goal is for every student to communicate in English with genuine confidence, accuracy, and natural ease.
