About Rosanna

I have been tutoring in London for 5 years now, and in that time have coached multiple students to brilliant exam performance, exceeding predicted grades in their GCSE and A Level science qualifications across every exam board (including iGCSE).

I am very proud to say that 100% of the 6 GCSE students I have tutored in the past 2 years have achieved A*/9's in their Chemistry and Biology GCSEs.

I began tutoring in my first year of 6th Form College when I was approached by a couple of parents of children in the years below who had heard of my academic awards during my time at the attached Secondary School. I found it invigorating to share my passion for subjects which enthral me, with others of a similar interest. These students went on to improve their GCSE and AS Level grades substantially, which sparked in me a fondness of private tuition which I continue to this day.

I later went on to study Biological Sciences at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Cambridge University. Alongside these studies I maintained a healthy balance of extracurricular drama and comedic performance, which captures the nuance of why I see myself as a personable, confident and academically driven tutor.
I am a considerate, versatile and enjoy tailoring lessons precisely to the needs of the tutee. I am always happy to break concepts down to their bare bones to really cement learning, and will combat any problem areas with ease and efficiency. I also enjoy setting homework tasks that are tailored to these lessons.
