About Joan

Hello! I'm a friendly and patient English tutor who is passionate about helping students become confident and comfortable speaking English. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves without fear of making mistakes. My teaching style focuses on natural conversation, active listening, and practical communication that students can use in everyday life. I believe learning should be enjoyable, supportive, and tailored to each student's goals. Whether you're learning English for work, travel, school, or personal growth, I'll be happy to guide and encourage you every step of the way.

About the lesson

I provide free conversations for students to speak English naturally and smoothly in a friendly and easy-going atmosphere in my classes. I ensure you’re free to express yourselves without fear of committing any errors. We can have a variety of discussions about daily routines, current issues, hobbies, traveling, business, etc. that you’re enthusiastic about.

This discussion helps us enhance our fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and a whole bunch of communication abilities.

First we have a simple chat, then we give an encouraging correction for pronunciation, vocabulary choice, grammar, and natural use of English. I bring useful vocab and sayings, and it is up to the students to speak as much as they can. This is for the teens and adults of all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—who are keen to have better command of their conversational skills at work, on trips, for an interview, or in their regular day-to-day lives. I am here to motivate you to speak naturally as a confident English speaker, and I hope you enjoy each and every one of my classes as much as I do!
