About Joseph

I have 5 years of teaching experience and hold a Master of Arts in TESOL. During my teaching journey, I have worked with school students, university learners, professionals, and adults who wanted to improve their everyday English. Every student brings different experiences, and I enjoy creating lessons that match individual learning styles.

One learner joined my class because speaking English during office meetings felt stressful. Together we practiced presentations, workplace conversations, and pronunciation through realistic business situations. Within a few months, the learner confidently delivered presentations and actively participated in team discussions.

I believe learning English should feel comfortable, practical, and enjoyable. Seeing students express themselves naturally is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

About the lesson

I start by learning about each student's language background and future goals. This helps me design lessons that feel useful from the very beginning. Every class encourages active participation and steady improvement.

Grammar is introduced through everyday communication instead of isolated rules. I build vocabulary around practical topics that students can immediately use in conversations. Pronunciation develops through listening activities, guided repetition, and speaking practice with supportive feedback.

I include role plays for interviews, workplace discussions, presentations, and daily conversations to increase speaking confidence. Learners preparing for IELTS or TOEFL receive focused practice using realistic exam questions and timed activities.

Academic English learners improve essay writing, note-taking, and presentation skills, while professionals strengthen business communication and email writing. I review progress regularly so students clearly understand their achievements and next learning goals. Every lesson finishes with personalized feedback and practical homework that encourages consistent improvement outside the classroom.
