About Melek

I started studying mathematics independently in the 5th grade. At first, I believed talent played a big role, but over time I learned that consistent hard work and discipline matter much more than genetics. Through self-study and persistence, I gradually improved my skills and deepened my understanding.

My first major achievement was earning a silver medal in the American Mathematics Olympiad. That moment was unforgettable — I felt incredibly proud and happy because it was the result of years of effort. After that, success in exams and competitions became a natural outcome of preparation and focus.

I want my students to experience that same feeling — the confidence that comes from truly understanding mathematics and achieving goals through dedication and structured effort.

About the lesson

My name is Malak, I am a 9th-grade student in Azerbaijan and I focus on building strong mathematical foundations through clear and structured explanations. My teaching method is based on step-by-step problem solving, understanding the logic behind formulas, and practicing with carefully selected exercises. I make sure students do not memorize procedures but truly understand why each step works.

What sets me apart is my ability to explain concepts in a simple and relatable way, especially for middle school students who feel confused or overwhelmed by math.
To be honest I don't have your country's mathematics program, you will have to give me a few hours so I can search about it.
But I promise you will be ready for your exams after a few lessons.
