About Mahir

With over five years of experience and an MPhil in Mathematics, I teach math holistically. I work with learners who feel anxious or discouraged. My approach focuses on confidence first. Growth mindset techniques are used daily. Students are encouraged to try without fear. Lessons are personalized in pace and style. Positive reinforcement supports progress. I have helped many struggling learners rebuild trust in math. Concepts are explained patiently. Confidence develops naturally. Progress feels achievable. Mathematics becomes approachable. Success feels possible again.

About the lesson

My approach to maths teaching focuses on understanding and reflection. I teach from basic concepts to advanced theory. Subjects include algebra, geometry, abstract algebra, and number theory. Proof-based thinking is introduced carefully. Lessons are calm and focused. DIY learners are especially encouraged. I support them in exploring ideas independently. Difficult theorems are simplified step by step. Emphasis is placed on logical reasoning. Students learn to question and analyze. Learning becomes deeper and more personal. Mathematics turns into a meaningful intellectual journey.
