Growing up in Trois-Rivieres, I found that French was a living, breathing art form before I ever stepped into the Conservatoire de Montreal. I have spent 5 years helping teens and adults navigate the complexities of language, often bridging the gap for those moving to new countries.
My identity as a chamber musician informs my pedagogical style, as I treat grammar and accent like phrasing in a piece of music. Having supported many students through their immigration journeys, I know that language is the key to feeling at home.
