About Santiago
Hello! My name is Santiago, I've been playing piano for 15 years, and six years ago I discovered my passion for teaching piano. From there onwards, I've taught 20+ students with ages 5-78. I love seeing my students succeed and achieve the goals they set for themselves! I take a holistic approach and focus on different aspects that are beneficial for piano playing based on the students' needs, such as: technique, music theory, aural skills, music interpretation, score reading, playing by ear, etc. I studied with renowned pianists Dr. Sun-A Park and Dr. Heidi L. Williams, and I have attended various musical festivals in the United States and in Europe. I'm currently a piano performance student at FSU, where I was awarded a full ride.
