About Nabilla

Hello! I am Nabilla and I love helping young children to develop their love of learning mathematics. I feel that every child can achieve their full potential if taught in a patient and encouraging manner using a teaching or support style that is consistent with the child's learning style.

I specialize in teaching preschool and kindergarten math skills including number recognition, counting, patterns, shapes, simple addition and subtraction. My lessons are interactive, engaging and fun, using games, pictures and activities to help keep children interested and motivated in learning.

I will strive to provide a positive and supportive learning environment for children to feel safe asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace. Each lesson is tailored to the student to meet their ability and target, supporting children to develop solid mathematical skills for primary school.

Parents will be assured of a professional, reliable and caring approach to each lesson. My job is to help build a child's math confidence, curiosity and a love of learning, not just to help them improve their math skills.

About the lesson

I feel that young children learn best by using hands-on, interactive and fun activities. My lesson plan is structured to make Mathematics fun and to develop confidence and good base skills in basic numeracy. Games, flash cards, stories, songs and worksheets for the children's age level help them learn about numbers, counting, shapes, patterns, simple addition and subtraction in an interesting way.

The time spent on each lesson may be around **45-60 minutes** depending on the child's age, attention span and learning needs. I modify the pacing of each lesson to meet the needs of the individual learner and make the lesson comfortable, motivating, and supportive for the learner.

I am a patient, caring and dedicated tutor who enjoys working with young children. My aim is to help students learn mathematics, and enable them to develop their own curiosity, problem-solving skills and confidence in learning.

My lessons are perfect for preschool and kindergarten-aged children (4-6 years) and are designed to help them start their mathematical journey or add a little extra help to develop their basic math skills. I offer lessons that are tailored to your child's specific needs, whether they are getting ready to join a primary school or just want to get a head start, I make learning effective and fun.
