About Wesley
I am a committed Saxophone tutor with 8+ years of teaching experience and have successfully taught around 150 students at different stages of learning. I teach beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced players, guiding each student with clarity and patience.
My teaching approach is personalized and practical. I adapt lessons based on individual learning styles, goals, and progress levels. I believe steady improvement comes from clear guidance, regular practice, and positive motivation.
Lessons focus on essential saxophone skills such as breath control, embouchure development, tone clarity, finger coordination, and rhythm accuracy. As students advance, I help them develop musical expression, phrasing, articulation, and basic improvisation skills.
In addition to saxophone lessons, I also teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training to strengthen overall musicianship. My goal is to help students enjoy learning while developing confidence and long-term musical skills.

My teaching methodology for saxophone emphasizes consistency and expressive growth. I design lessons that combine breathing control, scale exercises, articulation practice, and musical phrasing. Motivation plays a key role in my approach, and I keep students inspired by introducing new challenges and achievable goals.
Communication is open and respectful, allowing students to express their doubts freely. Integrity is shown through honest correction and maintaining professional standards in every class. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation sessions and playing with backing tracks to develop rhythm and confidence. In addition to saxophone, I teach rhythm counting, ear training, and basic composition skills.
