About Eve

I am a Spanish tutor with 7 years of experience and a Master of Education in Language Teaching with a Spanish Focus. I have guided over 200 students from complete beginners to advanced speakers across a wide range of goals. My lessons cover conversational Spanish, grammar, phonetics, cultural immersion, travel language, and DELE examination preparation. About the lesson

My Spanish lessons are immersive, practical, and immediately rewarding from the very first session. Every lesson begins with a warm-up conversation exercise to build natural confidence and identify key areas for development during the session. Grammar is always taught through real dialogue and authentic everyday situations rather than isolated rules and abstract drills that feel disconnected from actual language use. Pronunciation and phonetics are practised throughout every lesson to build clear and natural-sounding Spanish speech that feels genuinely comfortable and authentic. Cultural content from across the Spanish-speaking world enriches every session through music, film clips, personal stories, and discussions of current events to deepen both understanding and motivation. DELE exam students receive structured targeted preparation across all required components including reading, writing, listening, and oral production. Travel-focused students practise essential real-world scenarios including restaurants, transport, accommodation, shopping, and everyday social conversation. Heritage learners reconnect with their family language through personally meaningful topics, vocabulary, and cultural content. I provide vocabulary exercises and short consolidation tasks between lessons to reinforce every session's content and accelerate progress. My goal is for every student to speak Spanish with genuine confidence, natural fluency, and authentic cultural appreciation that connects them to the wider Spanish-speaking world.
