About Srinjoyee
I am a student who is appearing for her 12th board exams from a private reputed school. I have also completed my ICSE from another private reputed school with flying colours. I have taken part in various competitives and quizzes. Apart from education, I have played international game in the field of karate and have completed 5 years of drawing and painting course. Overall, I am a very dedicated and hardworking person who is always looking for improvement and my motive is always to give my best. I might be not perfect but I am always ready to accept and challenge myself for the betterment.

I always look for a healthy teaching environment where children can learn and grow. To me teaching should be more than a conversation between a student and a teacher. There should be proper understanding and an environment where the students loves to learn and the teacher loves to teach. I would always start with the insight of any topic and then slowly go into the details. Also before the beginning of any topic I would share the backstory and after the completion of any topic I would share my insight about the topic and also allow the student to share their own perspectives and thoughts about their learning. This was there will be a clear view of the topic learnt. After the thorough discussion of the topic, I would like to conduct an exam to make sure that the students have an in-depth knowledge of the topic taught and that too in a friendly way.
