About Elliot
Music has always been an important part of my life, and I am passionate about sharing that enthusiasm through high-quality trumpet instruction. My lessons combine traditional techniques with modern teaching methods to create an engaging and effective learning experience.
Students develop proper breathing, embouchure control, articulation, rhythm, scales, note reading, tone production, flexibility, endurance, range development, dynamics, phrasing, ear training, sight reading, music theory, orchestral repertoire, jazz improvisation, and advanced performance skills.
I believe in encouraging students through positive reinforcement, achievable goals, and personalized feedback that builds confidence while supporting long-term musical development.

My goal is to help students become confident and expressive trumpet players through engaging lessons that combine technical excellence with artistic creativity. Students develop a strong musical foundation through breathing exercises, embouchure training, articulation, rhythm, scales, note reading, music theory, and tone production before progressing to flexibility, endurance, phrasing, dynamics, sight reading, ear training, and expressive interpretation.
Advanced learners receive instruction in orchestral music, jazz improvisation, solo performance, ensemble techniques, advanced articulation, and audition coaching.
Every lesson is adapted to the student's pace and supported by constructive feedback, effective practice strategies, and continuous encouragement.
