Hi, I am Anjali Johary, a dedicated Yoga and meditation instructor, dedicated to sharing the physical and mental benefits of this ancient practice. While I am currently completing my professional M. Sc. Yoga degree. My approach is focused on correct alignment, breathing techniques, and making Yoga accessible to everyone regardless of their fitness level.

My classes are specially designed for beginners who want to start their fitness journey or those looking for stress relief. Each 60-minute session includes: 10 mins: Gentle Warm-up & Joint Loosening, 35 mins: Core Asanas for strength and flexibility, 15 mins: Pranayama (Breathing) & Guided Meditation. My goal is to ensure you feel energized, calm, and more flexible after every single session.
