About Mansi

Namaste, I am a dedicated Yoga and Meditation teacher passionate about helping people discover inner peace, balance, and strength. With years of consistent practice and teaching, I have guided many students on their journey toward stress relief, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

My teaching is inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji and his vision of a stress-free and violence-free society. I believe yoga is not just about postures—it is a complete way of living that unites the body, mind, and spirit. In my sessions, I focus on breath awareness, relaxation techniques, guided meditation, and gentle yet powerful yoga practices that are suitable for all levels.

I have worked with people from different walks of life—students, professionals, mothers, and seniors—helping them manage stress, improve flexibility, enhance focus, and experience a calmer state of mind. Seeing my students transform and bring positive changes into their daily lives is my greatest reward as a teacher.

Alongside teaching, I love spending time in nature, reading spiritual texts, and exploring creative expressions like writing and painting. These passions keep me grounded and add depth to my classes.

In my yoga and meditation sessions, I create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting space where students of all levels can learn, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My classes are thoughtfully designed to balance physical movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness, ensuring that each session nourishes both body and mind.

I begin with gentle warm-ups and breathing techniques (pranayama) to prepare the body and calm the mind. This is followed by yoga postures (asanas) that focus on flexibility, strength, balance, and ease of movement. I guide each posture step by step, offering modifications where needed so that every student feels comfortable and confident, whether they are a beginner or more advanced practitioner.

Meditation and relaxation are at the heart of my teaching. Each session includes guided meditation, deep relaxation techniques, and sometimes simple mindfulness practices that students can carry into their daily lives. My approach is holistic—helping students release stress, improve concentration, boost energy levels, and develop a lasting sense of inner calm.

What makes my classes unique is the integration of yogic wisdom with practical life applications. I ensure my students don’t just practice yoga on the mat but also learn how to bring awareness, balance, and joy into their everyday routines.

My techniques emphasize compassion, patience, and encouragement. I believe every student has their own rhythm, and I guide them with respect and care, allowing their practice to unfold naturally. Over time, students not only notice physical benefits but also experience a deeper emotional and spiritual transformation.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    My subject is yoga and meditation—ancient practices that nurture both the body and the mind. My interest began with my personal journey. During a stressful phase of life, yoga helped me reconnect with myself and brought a sense of balance that I was searching for. Experiencing this transformation firsthand inspired me to study deeply and eventually share it with others.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My biggest motivation to teach comes from the realization that so many people are silently struggling with stress, anxiety, and imbalance in their lives. Yoga and meditation offer a path toward inner peace, and I feel a deep responsibility to share that knowledge. My students themselves are my motivation—every time I see them feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected, I know why I chose this path.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work contributes to society by creating a ripple effect of calmness and awareness. A stress-free individual can contribute positively to their family, workplace, and community. By teaching yoga and meditation, I help people develop resilience, emotional stability, and compassion—qualities that are needed now more than ever to build a healthier and kinder society.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    If I had to think of a role model, I would choose Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji. His vision of a stress-free and violence-free society resonates deeply with me. He has shown the world how ancient wisdom can be applied in modern life, and his teachings inspire me to continue spreading peace, joy, and inner strength through yoga and meditation.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of teaching, I love reading spiritual texts, spending time in nature, and engaging in creative activities like writing and painting. These hobbies keep me grounded, connected to myself, and continuously inspired.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One anecdote that stays close to my heart is about a student who came to my class during a very difficult phase of her life—she was battling severe anxiety and sleeplessness. With consistent practice of yoga and meditation, she not only regained her health but also discovered a new sense of purpose. Today, she is training to become a yoga teacher herself. Watching her journey reminds me every day that this path is not just about teaching postures—it’s about transforming lives.
