About Muskan

I turned to yoga when I was facing some hormonal issues and seeing the positive changes in myself I was very curious to know how this science works. This made me complete 2 amazing teacher training courses, a 900 hour ttc from Mumbai and another 500 hour ttc from Mysore which were packed with knowledge!! Now I’m here to share the same knowledge with you all, so join me on this journey and experience the benefits yourself!
