About Mayar

I have gained valuable teaching experience over the past two years while working as a teaching assistant for programming courses, assisting high school and college students. Throughout this time, I have developed strong proficiency in guiding students in programming languages such as Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and various courses including databases, data structures, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and NLP. Moreover, I am well-equipped to provide support in maths subjects such as linear algebra, probability, and calculus. My experience as a teaching assistant has honed my ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each student. I prioritise creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, encouraging active participation, and fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter. About the lesson

In my lessons, I take careful preparation by creating materials and outlining the subjects to be covered before each session. During the class, I utilise screen annotation on a PDF, allowing students to have a copy of the annotated materials for future reference. To ensure maximum comprehension and engagement, I incorporate a balanced approach that combines theory, exercises, projects, and programming exercises. I firmly believe in the value of practical teaching, empowering students to develop projects applicable to real-life situations. In addition to regular tutoring, I am readily available to assist students with their university assignments, coursework, exam preparation, and any urgent deadlines they may have. Very knowledgeable and able to communicate that knowledge clearly. It was a terrible moment for my daughter, who didn't go to school, and for the entire scenario, but Mayar was really compassionate and adapted the lesson to her needs, restoring some of her confidence.
