About Bakhtiar
I have had many experiences teaching as that was my only form of revision throughout education, Every friend or colleague i have taught in high school and college has gone on to perform better and increase their grades by at least 1 level to 2 on average, with some individual going up by 3 grades.
I also have my contact open 24 7, and if there ever is a query outside of the lesson, I am glad to help with no cost, just making sure you all succeed.
I have my own way of approaching work compared to others throughout education and this is what helped me teach better, as i see easier and simple ways to understand but also do the work.

1. Understand what the student is learning currently
2. Understand how they have been taught currently
3.Together we go through the question, a few examples
4. With each examples we make notes for revision, MOST IMPORTANTLY explain WHYYYYY . why we do a certain step to reach the answer will help the student understand work easier.
5. Let the student do the work with supervision
6. If student makes a mistake, we don't only correct but we EXPLAIN WHY. why was the mistake made and why was it a mistake.
If it means spending an extra 10 to 15 min with a student to ensure they reach their goal in the tutor lesson, it will be free for the extra time as it is important for all my students to succeed and understand.
