About Rui
I have a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
During the course I was faced with more complex Mathematics subjects, which required me to have good knowledge of what was taught in High School, and to dedicate myself even more to ensure that I would have good results.
I'm just starting to give classes, but I've always been a patient person and I understand how difficult it is to be faced with new material and sometimes not understand it. And that's where support from someone more experienced helps a lot.
I will adapt to your preferred method of study and create different approaches to try to explain the material in the best way and ensure that you understand.

This phase of remote teaching has led to many students having lost some more direct contact with the subject. Since Mathematics is a subject that is considered more difficult by students, monitoring helps a lot. These classes will help to overcome the difficulties and even create a curiosity and interest in the discipline.
I adapt to the student learning methods to guarantee the best results. The aim is to make the subject better understood, with different perspectives, exercises and ways of explaining.
My aim is to try to create some independence and autonomy.
Classes will preferably be remotely, but there may be a possibility for face-to-face in the central area of Lisbon. I am available through several video calling tools: Skype, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Zoom, ...
