I request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. This gives me the opportunity to fill it for another lesson. You may cancel by phone. If you have to cancel, I offer you full credit to your account if you cancel before 48 hours. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. If an emergency situation occurs, please contact me so we can be rescheduled or give you a 50% credit for cancellation.

If I am unable to attend due to an emergency situation, I will contact you to reschedule or give you full credit for cancellation.
