About Senthuri
It might seem unrelated but when I was in High School I had trouble understanding my Physics teacher's teaching style. She was always focused more on getting ahead of the syllabus. I needed a tutor merely to understand the subject matter. My tutor not only vastly improved my knowledge but also my confidence in the subject that I had previously lacked. So I truly understand
the importance of a good tutor and would love to be a helpful tutor to many students.
I am patient and understanding so we will always work at a pace you are comfortable with. I have no issues going over the material as often as the student needs it. Every student's comfort and needs will be the priority of the lessons.
I have a BA degree majoring in Psychology and Industrial and Organisational. I also have an honours degree in Psychology. I have a lot of experience guiding and assisting classmates with their work when they need it.
I am open-minded and always willing to listen.
Algebra was my absolute favourite subject for most of my schooling career so my interest in the subject makes me even better at it.

I'm patient and understanding as well as very open-minded. I also tend to like making jokes so that is something a student will have to bear with. Lessons will be according to the pace that the student needs and is comfortable with. As much as studying is important, I believe working in a light-hearted atmosphere is the most conducive environment for successful learning. Therefore lessons will always have an element of fun to them.
While I'm fluent in English, I have basic knowledge of many languages such as Afrikaans, Tamil, Hindi, Spanish, and Korean. I'm also willing to familiarise myself with more languages if it will make your learning experience easier.
I can assist with Math up to the 10th grade.
Lessons will focus primarily on a student's trouble areas but revision of all work will also be done.
