About Gareth
I have had 7+ years of experience teaching English in China. During this time I have mostly taught young learners but I also have experience teaching adults. I have also been developing my teaching career in this time by accruing various qualifications, most recently I have finished my Delta qualification. I intend to further improve my qualifications in King's College London where I have just been accepted to enroll on a postgraduate course in Applied Linguistics.

Our first lesson will be focused on you. We will discuss your goals and assess your English capabilities. This will determine the next step: create an action plan tailored towards you.
I use whichever method of teaching is most appropriate for your needs and learning strategies. I am a highly adaptable teacher and will tailor my teaching style to be most effective for you. I am a driven teacher and will not be satisfied with my classes unless there is notable progress.
I can teach you any type of English you need, whether it is to improve your pronunciation over a 4 week course, or to achieve a 6.5 in IELTS to study abroad.
