Many having gone on to study on foundation and BA courses at Central Saint Martins, Parsons and other fashion & Textiles courses.

About: Get hands-on, process-based fashion design lessons that guide you all the way from initial ideas and research through to final designs and portfolio outcomes. Whether you’re building a fashion or textiles portfolio, working on your personal statement, or just want to boost your creativity and confidence, I’ll help you develop your ideas into strong, original work. How I Teach: My sessions are relaxed but structured, I’ll guide you through each stage of the design process, from research and concept development to shape exploration, textile experimentation, and presentation techniques. Every lesson is tailored to you, so we’ll focus on what you need most, whether that’s finding your creative voice, improving your sketchbook work, or refining final outcomes. Lesson Length: Sessions usually last around 60–90 minutes, and you can book one-off tutorials or set up regular lessons to work through bigger projects or application goals. Who It’s For: • Students preparing fashion, textiles, or art & design portfolios • Anyone applying to college or university design courses • A-level or GCSE students needing extra creative support • Aspiring designers looking to develop new ideas or strengthen their process
