I am a dedicated swimming instructor who enjoys making water-based learning positive, productive, and approachable. I use clear demonstrations, practical exercises, and helpful corrections to guide learners through unfamiliar techniques. My sessions encourage steady improvement without unnecessary pressure. Whether you are learning from the beginning, returning to swimming after a break, or aiming to improve your technique and endurance, I will support your progress with patience and encouragement.

Lessons combine technique development with purposeful water practice suited to your current ability. Training may cover breathing patterns, floating, kicking, body alignment, freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, starts, turns, and efficient movement through the water. We will use focused drills to improve coordination, stamina, stroke efficiency, and confidence while also developing essential water-safety awareness and stronger overall swimming ability.
