With a Bachelor’s of Science in Viticulture and Enology and a level 3 award in Wines from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, my goal is to help you develop your personal palate and find something new to love in the world of wine.

I tailor my courses by starting with learning what you currently like to drink and why and teaching how to taste and describe wine critically. Using these skills, we can find what characteristics in your current favorites are most enjoyable to YOU and suggest which regions and styles you might also enjoy. Along the way you’ll learn about the history, laws, and winemaking practices of these regions, as well as how to navigate wine lists in restaurants to make the smartest decisions with your new knowledge. If you’re ready to find some new tried and true favorites and out order everyone at your table, I’d love to have you!
