About Karthika
I am a Software Engineer at a corporate company. But I spend my weekends teaching students. Most of the tuition institutes just try to cover portions, conduct exams, and collect fees. But students really need individual attention and their own pace to study each concept. I already have 26 students attending my offline classes near my hometown, belonging to different classes and boards. My teaching methods have been proven useful to my dear students. I give individual attention to each of my students, conduct regular assessments to evaluate their progress, weaknesses, and strengths. I keep reports of each student and constantly update them and give more practice wherever needed. I provide detailed notes of each and every module with tips and tricks I discovered which helps students to memorize concepts easily. To make it easier for students to revise and learn concepts at their own pace, I give recorded sessions of each topic and many other extra materials and sit with them and make them solve themselves instead of just explaining questions. My aim is to give my students a clear picture about every concept they pass by. I believe in providing well-organized and written notes to the student to impart interest into the child to study their lessons. As a part of bringing clarity on their concepts, I give practice tests as well as in-class MCQ questions. Finally, students need to write their exam in a detail-oriented way, for which also I intend to provide training and conduct tests on the basis of that.
