I have a participatory approach for my lessons. I base my lessons on learner participation and strive to integrate learners as individuals into the scope of the lesson so that no one is left behind. I also employ the use of discussions to enable learners to brainstorm ideas and explore varied thought patterns. Further, my lessons are also based on focus studies, case studies, and research. This way, learners can apply theories learned to real-life scenarios.
