I give out 3 classes per day if you missed my morning session you will come and join me in the afternoon or in the evening since we all have different priorities throughout.
I offer my classes for both females and males from the age of 12 and above , my classes will be organized in such a way that when you missed one session you can still recover throughout the program , I love working out with my team because it gives and builds the team spirit so with that said I can't wait to see you in your first class hopefully we can have a healthy and fitness lifestyle together, come and enjoy the best in the world.
