The classes are for everyone interested in knowing about food, how and when to eat it, and exercises as bonuses. I teach small classes and students can take easy one-on-one doubt sessions. I believe in practical and effective teaching over theory.

Mr. Chetan has been a trustworthy nutritionist for me, as he digs into one’s eating habits and allergies if any. He has been guiding me in my goals for a while now, from getting bulkier to shredding as per requirement. Also, he has been on point in helping getting rid of some bad habits such as Smoking without any external substance. I would highly recommend Mr. Chetan as nutritionist.
