About ShSrija
I am Srija. I am a digital artist and illustrator based in the UK. I love making zines, comics, illustrated videos and riso prints and sharing it with people. I love making illustrations engaging themes of emotional wellbeing and mental health and have had opportunities to make work for British Council, UNICEF South Asia and various mental heal charities in the past.
I have designed and facilitated creative courses in the past relating to art and design thinking for students in secondary school. I also design and conduct various art workshops and also present my work in art communities. I love experimenting with various art methods with my students and also learning from them as we explore the creative processes.

About the lesson

-Teaching through the methods of zines, forming short stories, , creating fun characters, adding dialogues, comic panels and sharing them with family and friends.
- Length of lesson: 1.5 hour/day and 6-8 classes per month
- I am a published illustrator for British Council's fiction anthology series and created illustrations for UNICEF South Asia.
-I have been working comics and storyboard projects for the past 3 years and taught creative problem solving course to grade 8,9, and 10.
- This lesson is for school students, aged 12-18 but open for anyone who wants to make art. Art is for everyone! :)
