About Max
I have studied mechanical engineering at CU Boulder and have loved math ever since middle school. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and I have had numerous mentees since middle school. It is amazing what you can do with math and I like to enable my students to see the usefulness of math.

The biggest thing that sets me apart from other tutors is that I try to actually teach the concepts that are necessary for understanding the lesson in class. Ideally, the student would bring to me an assignment or test prep they are working on and we would go over it and I could help them with the problems, as well as introduce new made up problems to help them grasp the concepts. These lessons are for anyone under 18 taking math classes who want to ace their class!
