About Aldrei Vohn
Hi! I’m Teacher Vohn, an Education student from UP Diliman majoring in Values Education with a minor in Mathematics Education. I’ve been tutoring for around 5 years, both online and face-to-face, with Math as my primary subject.
I believe learning Math doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious. I like keeping my lessons light, comfortable, and conversational, while still making sure we get the work done. Students can ask questions, make mistakes, and even joke around a little while we figure things out.
I’ve worked with students of different ages, levels, and learning styles, from those who need to strengthen their foundations to advanced and gifted students looking for a greater challenge. I adjust my teaching based on the student in front of me, rather than forcing everyone into the same approach.

Every lesson is built around what the student needs that day. Whether it’s homework, exam preparation, an assessment, or a difficult topic, I can adapt in real time, both online and face-to-face. I use a whiteboard to explain concepts, work through examples, and solve problems together.
I focus not only on the correct answer, but on how the student arrived at it. This helps me identify misconceptions, gaps, and recurring errors and address them calmly and patiently.
I work with students at different levels, from those who need to catch up to advanced and gifted students who want to go beyond their grade level. Wherever the level of the student may be, I will meet it and be sure to level it up.
