About Pamela
I discovered and started meditation more than 10 years ago and integrated it directly into my daily life. I then learned Yoga in India where I spent 6 months with my teachers to learn all the philosophical and physical aspects of Yoga. I also learned the basics of Ayurveda (Indian holistic and preventive medicine) Yoga allowed me to reconnect with myself, with my body, to take a daily awareness and to integrate a mode of healthy and balanced life. It allowed me to heal more quickly from my injuries, to cure me of certain diseases and helps me on a daily basis to manage the moments of stress. I teach and practice mainly Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga including meditation and breathing exercises (Pranayama). I play music and often like to incorporate sound into my classes or chant mantras. I also practice and teach Ayurveda Essentials and Yoga Nidra.

For online courses my teaching method is first of all to get to know the person with whom I will work, to understand what are the personal goals and to develop a plan or program for a specific period to work on specific areas with the body and breathing. I teach mainly Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra as well as private classes of guided meditation and breathing (Pranyama). I also prepare restorative yoga classes (using a lot of yoga accessories such as blankets, bolster, brick , strap ect ..) adjusts according to the request of the person (weight loss, pregnant, wounds, backache ...) The first contact of connection is via skype, then we agree of schedule and precise days each week to make a point. The person receives a set of detailed videos that allows him to attend classes every week, exclusive access to bonuses via a newsletter and personalized follow-up.
