About Anaiah
I am an 11th grader and an IB Diploma candidate, a rigorous pre-college course that is designed to not only challenge but enhance thinking. I am intimately familiar with math, (pre-calculus and algebra, up to the 10th grade level) and history (US, and government), both areas I have both struggled and then excelled in by learning to study productively. As such I look forward to treating students as individual learners that I want to help grow in their academics.

I typically try to structure my lessons in a way that allows the students to process the knowledge as they learn, be that interactive or conversation. I start out lessons with a brief review or overview to allow the students to recall previous knowledge or prepare for future lessons. Then I will go through explaining and giving practice problems. The lessons are built for middle schoolers and underclassmen in high school. I understand kids' struggles and strive to teach in a way that doesn't belittle the learner, rather enhances their learning.
