"Hi everyone, and welcome to Science, math, social science! My name is Ashish Kumar. I’m really excited to be your teacher this year. Outside of school, I love teaching, cricket, reading, hiking, or a fun fact. I step into the classroom each day with enthusiasm and a clear lesson plan. My primary goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe learning environment. I believe that every student has unique potential waiting to be unlocked. I start every session by greeting my students warmly to build trust. I teach my core subjects using practical examples from everyday life. I encourage active participation so that learning becomes a two-way dialogue. I listen carefully to my students' questions to understand their perspectives.
