About Catherine
I previously worked as a woman support worker on the downtown east side and an education assistant with children in the education system. My focus has been to constantly learn and equip myself with enough tools so I’m able to be of service to others navigating their own challenges they face on a day to day basis. I’m currently in the Rhodes Wellness diploma programme.

I’m a trauma-informed life coach currently based in Canada and soon relocating to Bristol UK. I work with women who’ve survived family estrangement, CPTSD, addiction, and the long road of healing. My approach is real, honest, and rooted in lived experience. I’m here to help you build a life that actually fits.
