Joseph has been giving my 15 year old daughter private maths lessons for over a year now. His masters degree in statistics as well as his many years as a maths teacher meant we were really convinced in his expertise from the off.

What sets him apart is his wonderful, patient style. He has not only helped our daughter score more highly in exams, but has also improved her overall confidence with maths and the way she approaches it as a subject. It's been brilliant to see her go from seeing maths as her worst subject and believing she is just 'bad at it' to coming top of her class in some tests and even thinking about going on to study maths at A level.
