About Avantika
More Than Just Art — A Journey Inward Taught by an Ayurvedic physician with over 35 years of healing experience, these Mandala Art sessions are rooted in both ancient wisdom and personal transformation. I discovered mandala art a decade ago, during one of life’s more turbulent seasons. Through each pattern, I found stillness. Through each circle, I rediscovered balance. What began as therapy soon became a sacred practice — one that I now share with both my patients and students. Mandalas have helped me, and many others, to: • Ease emotional distress • Restore mental clarity • Balance inner energy • And most importantly, reconnect with the self Blending the depth of Ayurveda with the mindfulness of mandala, I offer more than just an art class — I offer a space for reflection, realignment, and renewal.
