About Echo
While receiving my bachelor's degree in Theater Arts, I discovered the joy of hoop dance, and found not only an incredible outlet, but also a healing and transformational journey in the world of flow arts. A lifelong dancer, I have also been a practicing yogi for 10 years, which has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between mind and body. I believe that creative movement is an incredibly potent tool for self-healing as well as storytelling, and it is my greatest joy to share this with you!

Whether looking for a new hobby, wanting to add another performance skill to your repertoire, or simply trying to find fun ways of getting more exercise, hoop dance is an amazing journey for any body! With a focus on mindfulness and the joy of PLAY, I will teach you basic foundational skills and moves as well as coach your techniques and guide you to develop your own creative "voice" through movement.
