About Erin
With a deep passion for education and music, I have spent the last 12 years teaching guitar to high school and college students. During this time, I have had the pleasure of guiding 150 to 200 students on their musical journeys. My mission is to help each student discover their unique voice and style through the power of guitar.
One of my proudest achievements was organizing a student concert, where many of my students showcased their talents. Seeing them perform on stage, filled with confidence and joy, was incredibly rewarding. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and explore their creativity.
I believe that learning should be fun and engaging, so I tailor my lessons to fit each student’s interests and goals. I am always eager to share my knowledge and inspire my students to reach their full potential. Together, we create beautiful music and foster a lifelong love for playing guitar. I look forward to helping you on your musical journey!

My teaching methodology for guitar focuses on creating a supportive and enjoyable learning environment for all students. I believe motivation is key to success. I inspire students by helping them set clear goals and celebrating their progress, no matter how small.
Patience is essential in my approach. I understand that learning guitar can be challenging, and I take the time to ensure each student grasps the concepts at their own pace. I encourage questions and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Compassion is at the heart of my teaching. I listen to my students’ needs and concerns, creating a comfortable space where they feel valued and understood. This allows them to express themselves freely and build confidence in their playing.
Creativity plays a significant role in my lessons. I incorporate various music styles and encourage students to explore their interests. This not only makes learning fun but also helps them develop their unique sound.
In addition to guitar, I can teach relevant subjects like music theory and composition. Together, we will embark on a musical journey that inspires growth and passion for playing!
